3. Take action: first, on your self, hygiene and personal effects. Reduce your risks of having acne on your body. Clean those bed sheets and your things as much as possible weekly. Careful of your creams and other things you use. As much as possible do not encourage too much oil on your body, I mean avoid too much oil.
